Two youths were killed in Berdyansk, one of them is Tigran Hovhannisyan

On June 24, two minors were killed in Berdyansk, located in the south of Zaporizhia region. The information was confirmed by the occupation authorities and the human rights commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Dmitry Lubinets.

Earlier, “Interfax” and other Russian media reported that “two boys armed with automatic weapons opened fire”, and two people were injured. The officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Military Police, who arrived at the scene, “cleared the beach of vacationers and neutralized the shooters.”

Vladimir Rogov, chairman of the “We are with Russia” movement, member of the occupation military-civil administration council of the Zaporizhia region, announced that “two pro-Ukrainian terrorists have been eliminated.” He claims that at 19:00 two “militants” opened fire near the beach of the city, but as a result of the operations of the forces, “the terrorists were blocked and destroyed”.

Rogov did not specify the age of those killed, but said that one of them is Tigran Hovhannisyan, who was detained earlier for “anti-Russian activities”. Previously, a video of Hovhannisyan was posted on the Internet. “Two for sure, that’s it, this is death, guys, goodbye, glory to Ukraine,” the teenager declares in the video and shows the weapon.

Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmitry Lubinets wrote on his Telegram channel that the dead are Tigran Hovhannisyan and Nikita Khanganov, born in 2006.

“On June 24, two boys born in 2006, Tigran Hovhannisyan and Nikita Khanganov, joined the battle with the invaders. As you know, they destroyed a soldier of the Russian Federation and one police officer. After the shootout, the invaders announced the “liquidation” of the boys,” he said.

According to Lubinets, earlier those teenagers and their families were persecuted. “Then one of them, Tigran Hovhannisyan, was kidnapped from his house, he was brutally interrogated and tortured with electric current,” the Ukrainian parliamentarian said.
