Russia will take measures to partially restrict access to Facebook from February 25, Roskomnadzor said.
According to RIA Novosti, the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, in agreement with the Foreign Ministry, recognized the social network as involved in violating the rights and freedoms of citizens of the country.
