On the Yerevan-Yeraskh road, a criminal investigation has been initiated in the case of disrupting the traffic with burning tires

On April 24, criminal proceedings were initiated in connection with the case of disrupting traffic on the Yerevan-Yeraskh highway with burning tires, reports the Investigative Committee.

The proceedings were initiated under the category of group hooliganism (Article 297, Part 2, Clause 1 of the Criminal Code).

The committee provided some details, noting that on April 24, at 4:25 p.m., unidentified persons moved Ford Tranzit, BMW X5, and Mercedes Benz cars to the lanes of the Yerevan-Yeraskh interstate highway, Masisi section, and piled up many tires. . Then the tires installed on one side to Yeraskh and on the other side to Yerevan were burned, as a result of which the traffic on that part of the road was disrupted for a certain period of time.

The police was given an assignment to find out the identity of the persons who apparently committed the mentioned act, to find them and to present them to the body implementing the proceedings.
