Putin’s ‘nervous’ behavior during Easter Mass raises further questions about his health

Since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, President Putin’s health has been closely monitored. Last week, a lousy attitude during a meeting with his defense minister sparked rumors of a weakening health condition. Now, some media and pundits are again suggesting that Putin may be suffering from a condition like Parkinson’s after appearing “nervous” during Easter Mass at the Cathedral of Christ the Savior in Moscow. The president bit his lip and appeared to be chewing his tongue – a dry mouth can be a symptom of Parkinson’s – and it was as if he was very unstable.
