Air Arabia said that it has resumed its scheduled flights from Sharjah International Airport as of 04:00 am today, April 18.
She added in a statement: For all flights canceled on April 16 and 17 due to the harsh weather conditions witnessed in the UAE and the region, please review the following updates.
- Travelers with canceled bookings will receive a full credit voucher for the amount paid. This credit voucher can be used for future flight bookings.
- Alternatively, travelers have the option of receiving a full refund in cash. Travelers who booked through travel agents are requested to contact them for rebooking options or refund requests.
Al Arabiya said: Our customer service teams are available to assist and you can communicate by visiting the website or contacting our dedicated call center via phone or WhatsApp. Please note that we are currently receiving a large number of calls, and our teams are working hard to reduce the impact of disturbances resulting from weather conditions.
