Tapioca water
Kudzu has a cool, sweet taste and contains the active ingredient isoflavone, which helps increase blood circulation to the brain and contributes to stabilizing blood pressure. On summer days, you can mix cassava flour or use cassava roots to cook water to cool the body, adding a little sugar or a few drops of lemon juice to increase the flavor. Pregnant women should consult a doctor before use.

Doctor Duy Tung advises that everyone should limit going out during lunch and afternoon hours because of high temperatures. Prioritize staying in a cool environment to avoid hyperthermia. In case you must go out, you need to drink enough water (at least 1.5-2 liters per day), you can add electrolyte-rich drinking water in addition to filtered water.
