Croats flooded Philadelphia. At the ‘Croatian Evening of the Croats’ event in the Craft Hall, the former president and current member of the International Olympic Committee. She revealed how she flew to Washington DC and then took the train to the city known for the legendary Rocky Balboa.
– Yesterday I “escaped” from the meeting of the International Olympic Committee. I did my selection of new OI hosts, raised the anchor and left them alone. Yesterdayć I arrived in Washington by myself, and I came here by train. I intend to stay until the 21st of July. Being here for three weeks is not very cheap, so I boarded with friends. Tomorrow morning I will be around the city, and then Fifa will pick me up and take me to the stadium – she said.
