Sinner King of Wimbledon, the meeting with the Royal Family: “Do you play tennis?”

“Do you play tennis?”. After the triumph at Wimbledon, Jannik Sinner meets the Royal Family. All England Club protocol requires the winner of the tournament to meet members of the royal family before displaying the trophy to the public. Sinner, after having ‘verified’ that his name has been included in the roll of honour, has a chat with Prince William, Princess Kate, and the little princes George and Charlotte.

The eldest appears to be the most involved in tennis discussions. “Do you play tennis?” asks Sinner. “Yes sir”, the answer. “Every day?”, urges the blue. “No, not every day: on weekends.” “You have to have fun”, Sinner’s advice, which satisfies Prince William’s curiosities about the playing conditions on the pitch between the heat, the setting sun and the wind.
