The United States and allies are working out scenarios for war with China; the Iron Dome will be deployed on Guam.

In the Western Pacific, between Guam and Japan, the United States and its allies are completing the massive Valiant Shield 2026 maneuvers involving more than 20 warships, including a carrier strike group led by the aircraft carrier George Washington, and 200 aircraft.
