World Criminal Court: States decide to end Chief Prosecutor Khan

Defense attorney: “No wrongdoing”

Initially, a UN commission investigated the allegations and confirmed them according to media reports. But court judges, according to Khan’s defense attorney, found that “no wrongdoing or dereliction of duty” had been proven.

Against the backdrop of this affair, the US government recently increased its attacks against the court. The USA has already imposed sanctions on judges and employees. The USA and Israel are not members of the court.
