After heat cancellation: Half marathon in Hamburg will be rescheduled for October 25th

The half marathon was originally scheduled to start on June 26th. Because of the expected temperatures of up to 35 degrees, the organizers canceled the running spectacle. The organizers cited possible damage in the mid-six-figure range.

24,000 runners were affected by the cancellation. It was now said that your right to start would be transferred to the new date. Anyone who is unable to take part in October will receive a refund of their registration fees and additional services booked.
