Ukrainian drone strike hits “Russian Amazon” warehouse.

Ukraine intensified its offensive against Wildberries, the national e-commerce giant known as the “Russian Amazon,” on Monday (3).

In its latest drone strike, Kyiv hit a warehouse in the Vladimir region, 200 kilometers from Moscow.

According to regional authorities, the attack caused a large fire and mobilized more than 200 firefighters.

The offensive reportedly destroyed thousands of products from merchants linked to the e-commerce giant, according to international press reports.

In addition to attacking military infrastructure, Ukraine has in recent months invested in attacks on economic and energy targets in more inland regions of Russia, in order to pressure Vladimir Putin’s regime to negotiate an end to the war, which has lasted more than four years.

Since mid-July, about half a dozen Wildberries facilities have been hit.
